How we work

Five stages, and you know where you are in all of them

This is what an import with us looks like, from the first conversation until the truck reaches your door. No surprises halfway through.
  1. 01

    We talk

You tell us what you want to bring in, how much and by when. That alone tells us whether a full container or loose cargo suits you.
  2. 02

    We source and vet

We bring you factory options with price, minimum and production time. We verify they exist and that they make what they claim.
  3. 03

    We buy and watch

We close the order in your name and follow the production line week by week.
  4. 04

    We check before shipping

We inspect production and leave you the report with dated photos. If something falls short, it doesn't ship.
  5. 05

    We move and deliver

We consolidate, ship, handle clearance at the DGA and leave it at your warehouse.
How we work

The full journey

We talk

You tell us what you want to bring in, how much and by when. That alone tells us whether a full container or loose cargo suits you, and whether the product has any import requirement to settle before anyone lifts a finger.

What you get

  • A real conversation, not a form nobody answers
  • A clear sense of whether the operation makes sense for you
  • What we still need in order to quote you properly

We source and vet

We go out and find factories. We bring you real options with price, minimum order and production time, and we verify they exist, that they hold an export licence and that they make what they say they make.

What you get

  • At least three factories compared per product
  • Business licence and export registration verified
  • Our recommendation, with the reasoning beside it

We buy and watch

We close the order in your name: price, payment terms, Incoterm and a spec sheet signed by both sides. From there on we follow production week by week.

What you get

  • Purchase order and spec sheet signed
  • Production progress, dated
  • One point of contact, in English

We check before shipping

Before the container is closed, we inspect. If what came off the line doesn't meet the spec, shipping stops and it's fixed at the plant — the one moment when it can still be put right at no cost to you.

What you get

  • Inspection report with dated photos
  • Units counted and defects found
  • Confirmation that it can ship

We move and deliver

We consolidate, book space and ship. For clearance we handle the customs broker — yours or one we find you — and we finish by putting the cargo at your warehouse door, not at the port.

What you get

  • Complete shipping documentation
  • Departure date and estimated arrival
  • The cargo in your warehouse
What won't happen

Four things you won't go through with us

  • Weeks without news

If something runs late, we tell you — with the delay and the plan beside it. You don't find out because you asked.
  • Charges that show up at the end

What we charge is itemised from the first quote. If a new cost appears, it appears before you pay it, not after.
  • Being talked to in customs jargon

No FOB, HS code or THC without explanation. If the technical word is needed, it comes with its translation beside it.
  • Telling the story again every time

When you write, the person who answers already has your order number in front of them. No starting from scratch.
Transparency

You'll know what we charge before we start

In this industry almost nobody tells you how they charge. We do. Our work is billed separately from freight and separately from taxes, and you see it itemised from the very first quote. No charges that appear at the end.
