Buying in China doesn't end when you agree on a price. It starts there: payment terms, Incoterm, a signed spec sheet, a production calendar, and someone on top of it when the factory runs late or changes something without saying so.We act as your buyer at origin. Whatever is agreed goes in writing and is signed by both sides, in both languages.

Purchase order and spec sheet with dimensions, materials and tolerances, signed by both sides. If there's an argument later, there's paper.

Week-by-week progress against the agreed calendar. If something moves, you hear about it when it happens, not when it can no longer be fixed.
