In-plant quality control

We check production before the container is closed and leave you the report with dated photos. If it doesn't meet the spec, it doesn't ship.
There's one moment — and only one — when a quality problem can still be fixed at no cost to you: while the goods are at the plant and the container hasn't been closed. After that, claiming from the Dominican Republic against a factory in China is a letter that almost never gets answered. That's why the inspection happens before shipping, not after. And that's why we leave you dated evidence: so you don't have to take our word for it, you can see it.

How we do it

We agree what gets checked

Against your spec sheet: dimensions, material, finish, function, packaging and labelling. And at what sampling level.

We go to the plant

Inspection on site or remote depending on the operation. We count, measure and photograph what's there, not what the factory says is there.

It's approved or it's stopped

If it meets the spec, it ships. If not, it's fixed at the plant before the container closes, and you decide with the report in hand.

What you get

  • Inspection report with dated photos
  • Units counted and defects found
  • A documented shipping decision
