What everyone asks before they start
Today most of our operations are with factories in China, and that's where we're strongest. But we're not tied to a single country: if what you need is made somewhere else, we'll look for it there. Ask us about your product.
No, and it matters to say so: we are not customs brokers. What we do is handle everything around it — if you don't have a broker, we find you one; if you already have yours, we coordinate the documentation and clearance with them. You chase no one.
Our management sits inside the price of the product we quote you: it isn't billed separately and it doesn't appear later. Freight and taxes are on their own and you see them separately from the first quote.
It depends on two things: how long the factory takes to produce, and how long the ship takes. Production is usually the longest and most variable stretch. When we quote your case we give you concrete dates for your operation, not a general range.
