The average Dominican importer has no way of knowing whether the factory that answered their email actually exists. They don't speak the language, they can't go and see it, and often whoever is selling them the container never set foot in that plant either.Axira was built to shorten that distance. There are people on this side, in Santo Domingo, who talk to you in your language; and a presence on the other side, in Shanghai, that talks to whoever makes it. And what gets said on both sides reaches you in writing, not summarised.We're not a big company. We're a close one, which is different: when you write, the person who answers already knows how your cargo is going and doesn't make you tell the story again.
