We show you the process, the factory and the cost — before you sign
Evidence, not promises
We don't publish a figure we can't back up. No years, no containers, no percentages. What we tell you comes with a date, a quantity or an order number beside it. The process in plain sight
You know which stage your cargo is in without having to ask. Named stages, real dates, and the status written down rather than implied. The cost up front, not after
We explain what we charge, when and why before there's any commitment. No charge shows up at the end. You deal with a person
You talk to someone at Axira, not to a chain of people. One channel, in English, and whoever answers already knows how your order is going.
We handle the part you can't do from here
We bring you factories that actually make your product, with capacity, minimum order and price on the table. Factory vetting
We verify the licence, the plant and the real capacity before you wire the first deposit. Purchase management
We negotiate, close and follow production in your name. One point of contact, in your language. Freight, customs and delivery
Shipping, documentation, clearance at the DGA and delivery to your warehouse.
Five stages. You always know which one you're in.
Bringing in screws isn't the same as bringing in refrigerators
Hardware and construction
Fittings, tools, finishes and building materials. High volume, many different references, and zero tolerance for a dimension being off. Here quality control pays for itself. Supermarkets and distributors
Constant restocking, own brands, and presentations that have to arrive identical every month. What matters is that June's container is identical to March's. E-commerce and own brands
Smaller batches, packaging with your brand on it, and timing that depends on the campaign. Fast samples and consolidation, so capital doesn't sit still. Your first import
You've never brought anything in from China and don't know where to start or who to believe. We explain every step before you put down a peso.
What everyone asks before they start
Today most of our operations are with factories in China, and that's where we're strongest. But we're not tied to a single country: if what you need is made somewhere else, we'll look for it there. Ask us about your product.
No, and it matters to say so: we are not customs brokers. What we do is handle everything around it — if you don't have a broker, we find you one; if you already have yours, we coordinate the documentation and clearance with them. You chase no one.
Our work is billed separately from freight and separately from taxes, and you see it itemised from the first quote. The pricing page explains exactly how it's made up.
It depends on two things: how long the factory takes to produce, and how long the ship takes. Production is usually the longest and most variable stretch. When we quote your case we give you concrete dates for your operation, not a general range.
Yes. For small volumes we use consolidated cargo (LCL): your goods share a container with other people's. When the volume justifies a full container we'll tell you, because past a certain point it works out cheaper.
No. All your communication is with us, in English. We do the talking with the factory.
That's why we check before the container closes, which is while it can still be fixed at the plant. If something doesn't meet the spec sheet, shipping stops. And if a problem still turns up on arrival, we answer for what was under our control and stand with you in front of the supplier.
Three things: what product you want, a rough quantity, and when you need it. If you have photos, dimensions or a spec sheet, better still.
